To Build a new 5 Bedroom House and Rebuild a 4 Bedroom House for our client Richard & Pippa . The Job had been started by a developer whom went bankrupt at the early stages then the client bought the property which we won the winning quotation.
Cost:
The overall cost of the project was just under£500,000
Front Plot was sold for £650,000
Rear plot was kept by customers Value somewhere around £800,000
Time:
We were instructed to complete one at a time and did so within 9 months
